MCT:November 17, 2008this movie was amazing!!! i totally recommend it!!! it defintiely reignited my love for horses, and how much i really really want to own a farm!!! i love ryan kwanten, he's great, such an awesome actor!!! but i have to admit, i prefer his aussie accent =D

16 year old Katherine "Katy" McLaughlin (Alison Lohman) has big dreams of Wyoming horse ranch with her father named Rob, (Tim McGraw), mother named Nell (Maria Bello) & older brother named Howard (Ryan Kwanten). Katy spends time with spend time with a stray mustang when she named her Flicka. Katy's brother; Howard wants to go to college convinced by his girlfriend, Miranda (Kaylee DeFer) but his father wants him to inherit the ranch. Katy is surprised her parents present her with Flicka bandaged up by the vet. Katy learns her father; Rob typed up her essay had written out & sent it to school final in so she could pass for year.

I absoulutly LOVE this movie!!!! I could watch it over and over!!!!! The actors were wonderful! So amazing I cried!

hlicka sounds like an awsome movie! I love horses...but thats not even the half of why I want to see it!. It sound so sad...but happy, love emotianal movies. SO want to see this!

Before my sister in law and neices watched this movie we had a bet. We would not need kleenex. We were wrong. This was a absolutely wonderful emotional movie and some parts sent us over the edge. It was just as good as the movie dreamer. I am such a fan of these type of movies and this one I gave high ratings for because it was great all around.
