Now in college, life is different for the sisterhood, who've kept communication open through the mailing of a miraculous pair of jeans they've adorned with their hopes and dreams. Lena (Alexis Bledel) is spending the summer drawing nude figures, soon falling in love with a model while her Geek paramour leaves her behind for a new life. Tibby (Amber Tamblyn) finds a pregnancy scare frightens her away from her true love. Carmen (America Ferrera) is overwhelmed when her set design internship at a theater company turns into a starring role. And Bridget (Blake Lively) finds the soul of her dead mother in a rekindled relationship with her long lost grandmother (Blythe Danner). As far as travel films go, this movie is top notch. The conclusion of the film is shot in Santorini, Greece and no place could be better suited for film. The stark white buildings against the blue blue sea are breathtaking. Unfortunately, unlike the first Sisterhood movie, only a small portion of the second film is centered in Greece. The rest of the film is supposedly shot in various locales: an archaeological dig in Turkey, a theatre camp in Vermont, the streets of New York City, an art program somwhere, but all of these locations feel staged. In some ways, the movie is too rote and its story too cliched. If The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants were the defining roles for these young ladies, none of them would be household names. This movie is a stable addition to their careers.

i liked this movie. Cute but you can have so much of that. Clarmen was a good character. i liked the 1st one too.

I'm sorry but i thought the movie wasn't that great. all in all it was okay but there was still more to th story and they just rushed it. they kept on going from tibby to carmen with just little clips in between. there was still more to the story which they obviously didn't finish

actually theyre doing parts from the 2nd & 3rd books...i think the majordy(idk how 2 spell that ) of the movie is about the 4th book
