The quiz gets 'stuck' while retrieving a question.
There are three common reasons why your quiz is 'stuck' on a question.
The most common reason is that your internet connection might be (temporarily) slow. Wait for a minute or two. If the quiz still hangs, click on your browser's refresh button. And if that doesn't work, read on...
The second most common reason is that your computer has third-party software installed that is interfering with Flixster's functionality. Various third-party firewall, pop-up blocking and ad blocking software, and browser plug-ins can interfere with your use of Flixster. A common example is Norton's Internet Security product. Our sound clip player is based on an Adobe/Macromedia Flash Player. Make sure you have the latest plugins from Adobe.
